My road to the practice of Health & Wellness began when I was 19 and injured my lower back while playing baseball. I tried so many different treatments under the traditional care model, but none truly got to the heart of the problem. At the recommendation of a friend I went to a chiropractor. This was the beginning of my health transformation. After leaving Albany and my baseball career behind, I attended New York Chiropractic College
